What does a <1004> Login Error mean on my Gameshark PC program?

If you obtain a <1004> error on the Gameshark program, the login information simply needs to be refreshed. Click on the [Configure] tab in the program interface and confirm the account information is still correct in the fields. Once the [OK] button is clicked, you will be able to log in again.
