Many states have regulations on using earphones for these activities. AirDrives do not cover the ear so you can hear your surroundings, but to be completely legal while driving you can only use one earphone (L or R). While wearing AIRDRIVES, we recommend using good judgment and selecting a volume level that allows awareness of your surroundings.
